How good was last weeks episode of Doctor Who?  Steven Moffat is fantastic, he creates a world and characters who are equally fun, dark and mysterious.  The impossible astronaut brought about many more questions, WHO IS RIVER SONG?!  Who does she kill?  Did amy shoot a child?  Is Amy really pregnant?  (Is River Song the baby?!) WHATS GOING ON WITH THE DOCTOR!?  And who is this new Alien threat?!

One of my theories is that the doctor who is supposed to be from the past is actually in fact from the future and knows actually whats going on!  But for some reason or an other he’s not telling his crew.  

Another image that has been appearing on the internet is images of what could be the Tardis from the 9/10th doctor.  Is it the old Tardis or just fan’s getting a little over excited.  In the trailer we did see the inside of the old tardis, so It’s quiet possible.  WE WILL BE SEEING A CROSS OVER WITH MATT SMITH AND DAVID TENNANT!?

In this new series comes a new alien attack, but who are they, and what do they want?

Invented by master mind Steven Moffat we know these aliens have real fire power, (poor joy, one second she’s in the loo the next she’s scattered in to a million pieces on the floor).  But they also have the power to make people forget about them (very men and black) but this hasn’t been the first time Moffat has created a character like this.  Remember Doctor Moon?

Appearing in both Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead Doctor Moon was a computer program within another world.  He made Donna forget her real life and made her feel as if she was living one she had always wanted, a family, children, good job etc.  Now Doctor Moon wasn’t evil, he was just doing as programmed.  If anything he was doing a stand up job.  until the real doctor came along :)

So It looks like Moffat likes to play with the idea of memory and forgetting it, I wonder if this will echo throughout the rest of the series?

Anyway I can’t wait to find out and I’ll be in my living room watching Doctor Who again this saturday!  Hopefully we’ll get some questions answered!
